Millennium National School

Appeal for donations

With all the academic innovations happening at Millennium National School, we are always looking for help – either financial or in kind. The funds we receive are not only used for the development of the school, but also for helping needy children. As a social institution, we are very aware of our responsibilities, and make sure that we carry them out with full responsibility. Please note, that we do not, repeat, do not, accept donations for admissions. The donations that you may give will be completely out of your own will and capacity.

Financial:

– You can donate money from Rs. 1,000 and up. This amount will be kept as a fixed deposit for 10 years, and the interest received will be used to fund the education of a needy student. The deposit is non-refundable after the expiry period. You can also specify the  details of the student you want to fund. We will communicate the performance of the student to you on a year-to-year basis.

– You can also donate Rs. 50,000 or more to the trust that runs the school, for development of new academic or sports infrastructure, renovation, laboratories, computers, etc.

In Kind:

– You may help our institution by donating certain useful equipments such as computers, printers, books, sports equipment etc.

– You may also donate clothes, text books, stationery, food grain, utensils etc. Those are passed on to the families of needy students.

All donations are exempted under section 80G of the Income Tax Act.
