This note is for all students of the school – right from Nursery to Std. 9. Please do read through carefully for points which are applicable to your child.
June 2, 2012 – Walk in meeting
Why?
– To pick up ID card, calendar, files, circulars, instructions and to clarify pick up point (for bus / van)
When?
– Nur, Jr, Sr, std 1 and 2 : 8 am to 10 am
– Std 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 : 10.30 am to 12.30 pm
Where?
– Indoor Sports Complex. (Badminton Hall, Dining Hall and Gymnastics Hall). Different things at different places, be sure to visit ALL locations.
Scholarship Holders photograph
All Scholarship holders from this year (4th and 7th) are requested to come to the reception in their school uniform on the 2nd of June at 10am for a group photograph. Don’t be late!
Scholarship Screening Test
Std 7 : June 6, 11.30 am to 1.30 pm
Std 4 : June 6, 9 am to 11 am
Reopening (Dates changed to accommodate a last minute government policy)
– Nursery : Monday, 11th June 2012
– Jr, Sr : Wednesday, 13th June 2012
– std 1 to 10 : Friday, 15th June 2012
First ‘Open House’
Where?
In the Badminton Hall, Indoor Sports Complex
*NOTE*
This is a meeting for the parents. Please do not bring your children along as they cannot sit for an hour of ‘serious’ talk.
We want ONLY ONE PARENT to attend (keeping in mind the capacity of the hall) so that ALL get a place to sit.
The points of the meeting will be given to each parent (as a handout) to take home, so that the rest of the family will be informed.
When?
Saturday, 16th June 2012.
